TURMOSYNTHGREASE ALN 1001/00 clean is a fully synthetic semi-fluid gear grease with antimicrobial additives for aseptic processing
environments. It is based on synthetic hydrocarbons with a special thickener of high metal affinity.

TURMOSYNTHGREASE ALN 1001/00 clean meets the requirements for an H1 registration as lubricant for which an incidental contact with
food technically cannot be avoided.

Application

TURMOSYNTHGREASE ALN 1001/00 clean is applied in gears of electric tools, machine tools and actuators as well as in all application
points, where intrinsically viscous lubricants stop leakage and reduce wear.

TURMOSYNTHGREASE ALN 1001/00 clean is used wherever a high level of cleanliness is required and where growth of pathogenic germs
and microbial contamination, especially mould fungus like Fusarium oxysporum, are a risk.
This includes all processes where special measures for germ reduction, like heating, radiation, sterilisation and addition of preservatives, are
excluded.

Application areas are in the food and beverage industries, in the manufacture of pet food and in the tobacco industry, the pharmaceutical and
cosmetics industries, in the medical technology, in hospitals and doctor´s surgeries, as well as canteen kitchens.
