TURMOSYNTHGREASE ALN 1001 clean is a fully synthetic special grease with antimicrobial additives for aseptic processing
environments. It is based on synthetic hydrocarbons with a special thickener of high metal affinity.

TURMOSYNTHGREASE ALN 1001 clean meets the requirements for an H1 registration as lubricant for which an incidental contact with food technically cannot be avoided.

Application

TURMOSYNTHGREASE ALN 1001 clean shows an optimum behaviour at oscillation and environmental influences like hot and cold water.

TURMOSYNTHGREASE ALN 1001 clean is used wherever a high level of cleanliness is required and where growth of pathogenic germs and microbial contamination is a risk.

This includes all processes where special measures for germ reduction, like heating, radiation, sterilization and addition of preservatives, are excluded.

Application areas are in the food and beverage industries, in the manufacture of pet food and in the tobacco industry, the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, in the medical technology, in hospitals and doctor´s surgeries, as well as canteen kitchens.
